From the outset, our founder's brilliance shone brightly. Achieving the 'All India Topper' title in the Roorkee Entrance Exam was just the beginning. His academic prowess was further evidenced when he secured the 17th rank in the prestigious IIT entrance examination. His journey led him to the doors of IIT Kanpur, but life had other plans. The health of his father called him to take charge of the family business of Railway Contractors, a responsibility he embraced with unwavering commitment.

A Journey to Excellence:

Undeterred by change, our founder embarked on a transformative journey, eventually attaining his Chartered Accountancy qualification in 1979, with a specialization in Tax Planning & Tax Management. His quest for knowledge extended to law, where he became a graduate in the field. To complement his proficiency, he completed a post-qualification course on Computer Accounting & Auditing Techniques (CAAT) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Pioneering Professionalism:

As a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he founded our practice in 1980. Over the years, his expertise has flourished, especially in the domains of Direct Taxes and Commercial laws. He further fortified his skill set by completing a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audits of Banks in 2014.

Guiding Light & Consultant:

Our founder isn't just an exceptional professional; he's also a trusted consultant for numerous businesses. His innovative solutions have been instrumental in the growth of various organizations. He actively shares his knowledge through speaking engagements in the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and on various professional forums. His expertise is also sought after in the realm of legal matters through various e-forums.

Beyond the confines of the profession, our founder plays a vital role in society and education. He has served as an expert member on the Finance Committee of Bundelkhand University and is the founder of esteemed institutions like the Bundelkhand Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Triveni Public School, Triveni Education Society, and Bundelkhand Chartered Accountants Association. His contributions extend to various educational and social institutions, where he holds honorary positions on governing bodies, commanding great respect in the community.

Even at the age of 69, our founder remains a guiding light in the field of finance. His dedication to staying updated with the latest developments is unparalleled. He was the first in his region to embrace technology, adopting computers for our practice in 1986. Today, our firm operates entirely in the digital realm. During the challenging year of 2020, our founder showcased his adaptability by seamlessly transitioning our office to an online workspace for a continuous period of two years.
