J P Associates LLP shall provide an exemplary working environment means an environment where our team members firmly believe that all team members are working for the organization as well as for their family and need never to choose between work and family.
Therefore, along with our physical office, we shall also strive to be virtual and not just be restricted to confined or predetermined office space and will enable the remote presence of our team members and support each other not only for our work but our priorities i.e. our families and we shall stand tall and shoulder to shoulder in time of needs, without having to stress for the work.

J P Associates was founded in 1980 by CA J P Agarwal, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as a sole proprietorship to profess Chartered Accountancy in Jhansi area, a small district town of Uttar Pradesh, where the role of Chartered Accountants was not known to the community at that time, with a vision to provide quality and excellence service, derived from professional and moral ethics and to play a pivotal role in the profession. The concern grew to become a partnership in 1989 before converting into a LLP in 2023.
J P Associates LLP was among the first few to go for full computerisation in the year 1986 itself, when computerisation was in its infancy stage in India, to provide rapid technology enabled business solutions and for providing value added services. In May 2020, in the midst of COVID-19, we converted our practice into a fully virtual mode to provide all our services in the safest way to our Clients in the time of such crisis.
We cater to the needs of our growing clients by providing best services with our state-of-art technology and highly qualified, experienced and committed personnels, which are always ready to adapt and learn as need be for overall growth of J P Associates LLP.
