MAINTENANCE OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS

Procedure 

     Organisation is categorised into following levels:

     Personnel in Organisation are required to adhere to following schedule, which is documented.

     Top Level Management  -    (i) Counselling level       (ii) Execution in charge

To study the following reading materials: -

       ♦ Chartered Accountant Journal

       ♦ Bombay Chartered Accountant Journal

       ♦ All India Federation of Tax Practitoners Journal

       ♦ Income Tax Reporter/ Current Tax Reporter/ Income Tax Decision

       ♦ GST Cases

       ♦ Company Matters / Cases

       ♦ Newsletters of Institute & Councils/ Bombay Chartered Accountants Society

To participate in CPE programs of CPE Chapters/ Branches/ Study Circles/ Institute/ Regional office.

To guide students in Thursday class on some topics (Minimum six classes a year)

         Middle level Management -  (i) Working level      (ii) Assistants: Technical & Non Technical

They are encouraged to go through the relevant accounting, auditing and taxation material to update their knowledge

       They are required to attend atleast two seminars organised by CA and Bar associations.

        To give talk (once a month) on practical relevant topics and office manual in weekly in-house meeting.
